1. What you're agreeing to

By using Idea Copilot (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time and will post changes on this page.

2. What the Service does

Idea Copilot uses AI models from OpenAI and Anthropic to generate validation reports for app ideas. Reports include market analysis, competitor breakdowns, scoring, MVP roadmaps, and other structured insights. The output is AI-generated and should not be treated as professional business, legal, or financial advice.

3. Accounts and access

You sign in via Google. You're responsible for your account activity. Don't share your credentials or let others use your account.

4. Credits and payments

You get 1 free report credit on signup. Additional credits are purchased as one-time payments through Stripe. Credits don't expire. Prices may change, but purchased credits are honored at the price you paid.

5. Refunds

If a report doesn't meet your expectations, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.

6. Your content

You own the ideas you submit and the reports generated for you. We don't claim ownership of your content. We may store your ideas and reports to provide the Service. Reports are private by default; you can choose to make them public.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service for anything illegal, abusive, or harmful. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Our intellectual property

The Idea Copilot brand, website design, and underlying code are ours. You can't copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We do our best to generate accurate and useful reports, but we can't guarantee correctness. Idea Copilot is not liable for business decisions made based on report output, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Idea Copilot operates. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
