1. The short version

We collect your email (via Google sign-in) and the ideas you submit. We send your ideas to OpenAI and Anthropic to generate reports. We store your data on Google Firebase (US servers). We don't sell your data or use it for marketing. Your reports are private unless you choose to share them.

2. What we collect

  • Account info: Your name, email, and profile picture from Google sign-in.
  • Idea submissions: The app ideas and details you submit for validation.
  • Generated reports: The AI-generated validation reports linked to your account.
  • Payment info: Processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

3. How we use your data

  • To generate and deliver your validation reports.
  • To manage your account and credits.
  • To process payments via Stripe.
  • To send transactional emails (receipts, report status).

We don't run ads, do behavioral tracking, or sell data to third parties.

4. Third-party services

  • OpenAI & Anthropic: Your idea descriptions are sent to these AI providers to generate reports. Their privacy policies apply to data they process.
  • Google Firebase: Account data and reports are stored on Firebase servers in the US.
  • Stripe: Handles all payment processing. We never touch your card number.
  • Google OAuth: Used for sign-in. We receive your name, email, and profile picture.

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie for authentication (keeping you signed in). We don't use analytics cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

6. Data security

Your data is stored on Firebase with encryption at rest and in transit. Access to production data is restricted. We follow standard security practices, but no system is 100% secure.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email us and we'll handle it promptly.

8. Data retention

We keep your account data and reports as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
